Undergraduate degree plan & certification preparation
> Apply if:
You don't yet have a bachelor's degree and want to earn teacher certification.
> How it works:
Take courses in pedagogy and in the content area you plan to teach. The program will prepare you to graduate with a bachelor's degree and take the TExES certification exams.

Alternative Certification of Educators (ACE)
> Apply if:
You have a bachelor's degree and want to become a teacher as quickly as possible.
> How it works:
Begin taking courses Summer Session I and earn teaching certification in a year or less.
Most courses also count toward a master's degree, should you decide to complete one.
